This place shouldn't be called a hotel; it feels like a shelter for displaced people, with several rooms showing eviction notices taped to the doors. Only a tiny tube of cheap shampoo was provided, no conditioner, one towel, and one small washcloth. I had left my hair dryer at home for work, assuming hotels usually offer them, but there was none. I discovered this the next morning while exhausted. I went to the front desk hoping to borrow one, but the gate was down and no staff were there. They didn't offer breakfast, just directed me to a vending machine the night before, which had worse options than my child's school. Several people, including the front desk worker, were smoking right outside the entrance, so the lobby (or what was supposed to be a lobby) smelled like cigarette smoke. It was the worst experience ever. For $100 a night, I at least expected a hair dryer in the room.

“Generally a good place to stay as long as you don't have disruptive neighbors”

Front desk staff were quick and friendly, but the neighbors in the room next to ours were incredibly loud—pounding on walls, shouting, and generally obnoxious. We couldn't sleep, and nobody answered the phone when we tried to report the disturbance.
