They kindly upgraded us to a side sea‑view room for my birthday, left a dessert and Prosecco in the room, breakfast offered a great selection of food and drinks, the made‑to‑order omelettes were lovely, cocktails at the rooftop bar were good, and the location was perfect.

Nice pool, relatively clean room, big bed. Broken telephone, unclear communications from staff. Reception staff mostly rude and unhelpful from check in to checkout. Not such a nice smell of shower
