Nice spot in a sprawling garden, just a short walk to shops and restaurants in Croix Valmer. The buildings feel old and worn, with a lot of add‑ons that look tired. There’s no air conditioning, only a fan in the room, and the garden needs a thorough clean‑up. The reception area is old‑fashioned and totally lacks personality.

Very good stay at your place. Functional and convenient because it’s close to the store and the beach. Nothing to complain about. Great stay. The owners were very welcoming and always available.

The green setting, the size of the room, the balcony where you can eat, the fridge that was a big help in summer, the quiet, the value for money, the pool, and a very acceptable temperature even without AC (though there was a fan). The lady at the front desk was friendly. Another gentleman at reception was somewhat unfriendly. The room was a bit rustic. The mattress was too firm and the pillows were too large.
