The location is decent, but the old, rundown pool was broken, towels were tiny and worn, the bed had a big lump in the middle, and the only food option was frozen pies at a high price; staff were polite only when speaking, and the place felt overpriced for its condition.

The views were great and the spot is ideal for events near the Bruce Mason Centre, yet the pool is always out of commission for urgent maintenance, and the desk and chair setup in the room is awkward if you need to handle more than one email.
