Nothing. My booking was for a private economy room, but on arrival I was given a bed in a dormitory shared with around 10 other guests, which is not what was promised at the time of booking. Room type issue - I had clearly booked an economy room, not a dormitory bed in shared accommodation. - The arrangement offered at check-in did not match the room type and privacy level described in my reservation. Attempts to resolve - I raised this issue several times with the reception staff, explaining that my stay was only for 6–7 hours and requesting a suitable private room. - Instead of assisting, the receptionist informed me that I would have to pay an additional 2,000 rupees if I wanted a proper room, which I find unreasonable and unfair. Property conditions - There was no lift in the building, and we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor, which caused significant inconvenience. - The room and common areas were also not clean, falling below the standard of cleanliness and comfort that can reasonably be expected. Overall disappointment - This experience is far below what is expected from a booking made , and I feel the accommodation provided did not match the description or basic standards of quality and service

I booked a single room with a double bed, but when I checked in I was told I had booked a bed in the dormitory. The place is a hostel, not a hotel, and the double bed is actually a two‑storey bunk in the dorm. The private bathroom is shared with the dorm as well. I’m annoyed that I didn’t call the police… this is basically criminal what this accommodation allows.
