They didn’t give me access, I tried to contact them through every channel and got no reply, neighbors say it used to be a hotel but it isn’t anymore. They didn’t give me access, I tried to contact them through every channel and got no reply, neighbors say it used to be a hotel but it isn’t anymore.

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was complete. The location is very good. The room was clean with good sheets, but there was no way to lock the door from the inside and the stairs were very steep. The ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom were a bit low, so tall people suffered several bumps.

Nothing. When I called they told me there was no reservation and that the rooms had been full since April; they made me go elsewhere and said they would see if a refund was possible, I showed all the necessary documents to enter but nothing was resolved.

The location, the friendliness of the staff, and the comfort of the room. The room lacked ventilation.

Great location (especially if you’re heading to Lucha Libre it’s within walking distance). Safe neighbourhood close to many supermarkets and nice restaurants. It matched the pictures – we were in a room with a shared bathroom but it wasn’t a hassle at all. Clear check‑in instructions from the host and the kitchen was very convenient. Food was good value for money. It would be helpful to give more detailed instructions on using the lock on the front door. It was okay for us, but we were woken up a few times by people continuously trying to open the door because they didn’t know how to open and close it properly. That’s all though.
