The central spot, tasteful décor, and a very comfy bed. The staff handled emails and texts with friendliness and efficiency.

The location was excellent, close to many shops, cafés, restaurants, and not far from the city centre; the place was spotless, with an espresso machine in the room, elegant décor, and high quality in every detail. Silvana greeted me via WhatsApp, was very friendly and polite, and gave clear instructions for a smooth check‑in and check‑out. I had a great time! It isn’t their fault – the stairs are narrow and steep, making it hard to carry luggage upstairs. If you’re traveling lightly it’s fine, but for a business trip with many items it can be a challenge; it’s not a major issue unless you have mobility problems.
