Positives: Great location and clean and comfortable room. Negatives: The staff wrote to me on booking that there is free airport transportation but there wasn’t and I discovered it at the morning of my flight.

Positives: Only four minutes from the tower gate, convenient to the Old City, within a two‑minute walk there are three 7‑11s, the hotel environment is clean. Negatives: The music from nearby bars is a bit loud at night.

Positives: Close to nightlife area, bas, restaurants. Basic room, neat and clean. Air con, hot water ok. Basic breakfast available but i did not use. Negatives: Stepping out of property straight onto a busy laneway, several times i stepped straight into traffic, need to take care.

The location and laundry service were good, but the quadruple room felt a bit tight.

It isn’t a luxury building, but it feels like home; the women who run the place always smile and help whenever needed, so I’ll miss this spot and Chiang Mai—definitely the best city I’ve visited in Thailand.
