The beds were comfy, water was available in the room, and the shower was great; the staff were friendly and breakfast was solid. The location was close to both the metro and the mall. The only hiccup was that our room initially lacked a fridge, but the staff moved one in right away when we asked.

The Holiday Inn was a decent, standard property that gave us everything we expected, but checking in after midnight led staff to charge us for two nights even though we only spent one night and left the next morning, which left a sour taste.
