Very nice place, quiet, away from the tourist crowds. Excellent facilities; the room is spacious with a well‑equipped kitchenette. The hotel stays very clean. The staff are amazing, polite, friendly, and helpful. Nothing to add.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities. The SPA pool could be more modern.

I love the location if you have a car, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and modern, the food is tasty and the staff are friendly, but at times the staff seemed unable to keep up with clearing tables, they kept walking away and back again – maybe they should distribute tasks better so it runs smoother.

Good location, very good breakfast, the pool has a ramp that helps people with reduced mobility. Dinner is also very good, with starters, fruit, and buffet. Lunch only offers snacks and pasta. The SPA is free and includes a Turkish bath, sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. Bring a towel or buy one on site. Put some non‑slip material on the inside of the jacuzzi entrance to prevent falls for people with reduced mobility.

We liked the calm setting of the hotel, the views of the Arade River, the spacious and clean room and bathroom, the varied and tasty breakfast, the restaurant terrace, and the friendliness of all staff from reception to kitchen and cleaning. The hotel is close to everything for those with a car—Portimão, Ferragudo, the Carvoeiro promenade—beautiful spots to wander. We enjoyed everything; only regret was that the indoor pool was so small, but that’s just a spa feature, not a flaw.
