Everything from the staff’s treatment and attentiveness to the location was great, but it doesn’t have an elevator.

The pool, the central location near Rinconada with good restaurants, the price, and overall warmth and pleasantness of the hotel are all great, though the pool water was a bit murky, but that's okay.
