The staff were friendly, but the towels were heavily worn, one even had holes. The bathtub’s siphon showed corrosion, as did other parts of the bathroom, and the sink tap dripped. The room was next to the laundry area, so the noise was loud. When parking, there was no clear organization in the lot.

The location was convenient. One of the youngest receptionists was not very helpful. I didn’t book breakfast, yet an older, very kind receptionist offered it and said I’d pay at checkout. When I left, I mentioned I’d had breakfast and his reaction was awful; he looked at the older receptionist with a bad face, grabbed a paper, went to the kitchen, and then just handed me the machine without telling me the cost. I realized later I was charged 40,000 COP, while the other receptionist had said it would be 35,000. I didn’t want to complain because I needed to leave my bag there an hour before leaving. Small issues like that make you not return.

The breakfast was delicious and the hotel’s location is pretty good, with excellent staff service. We asked to change rooms and were moved to one with an old TV that didn’t even have streaming (no Netflix or YouTube). We had to leave early because of lack of comfort and discomfort.
