Amenities include a sauna, steam rooms, and a heated indoor pool. Every stay begins with a warm chocolate chip cookie. The Space Restaurant offers all-day dining with a menu featuring healthy options, classical dishes, and British favorites.

We arrived half an hour before the 3 pm check‑in and were told to park our car and wait because the rooms weren’t ready; we lingered in the lounge. At 3 pm we tried to check in again, only to be rudely told by reception that the rooms were still not ready, even though many others were waiting. We finally managed to check in around 4 pm with no explanation or apology. After that we headed to the spa, only to discover the jacuzzi and steam room were out of service, leaving just the sauna and pool available. This was a major let‑down since we had come for a spa break. The next morning the food was cold—beans, hash browns, scrambled eggs—and the bread wasn’t replaced for a while, suggesting a staff shortage. Overall, the stay was a complete disappointment and I won’t return.

The location and facilities are great, and the value for what’s offered is excellent; rooms are clean and comfortable.
