The staff were welcoming, the stay comfortable, and the place perfect for hanging out with friends and family, with plenty of pets around.

The room was clean and had a nice sense of cleanliness, and the staff were very kind. Dining in the lovely breakfast area was a precious break from everyday noise, letting me relax fully. However, the indirect lighting in the private room, living area, and dining room was lovely, but a bit too dim for reading.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the building’s mountain‑cabin style with antique décor was charming. Free drinks included milk, which was nice. They answered questions about transportation and restaurant choices pleasantly. The hotel attracted many international guests, giving a true overseas vibe. Chargers and Wi‑Fi were plentiful, and I could use the underground yoga studio for personal sessions; mats were provided. The only downside was that noise from neighboring or opposite rooms often echoed loudly.

The room was cluttered with spider webs, and the bathroom was full of hair. Many used bath towels were left in the room, which was annoying and smelled bad, though I chose not to complain. The male staff member was very pleasant.
