The front desk receptionist was super nice and the place was very clean, but the checkout time felt a bit early even though I understand the reason.

They handed us a room that was still under construction and then told us the rooms were fully booked; two women with two teenage girls were there at 1 am, and everything was a mess.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the stores, yet there was a distinct smell in the room and the breakfast was quite shocking—only the egg omelette was decent.

It’s incredibly handy to the two shops I frequent in Rochester and easy to reach from the Thruway, and the room is clean and comfortable, though there was no milk, only cream for tea.
