The room was spotless and the bed was comfy, with great electronic connectivity—easy wifi and plenty of charging ports. The beach‑themed decor was nice, and breakfast was solid. Walking from the train station to the hotel takes just a few blocks, and the beach is a short stroll away. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. On the downside, I booked two Queen beds but got a single King instead, which was fine. The room faced the parking lot, which was also acceptable. The only gripe at breakfast was the lack of bacon; there was sausage, but bacon is a staple for many and its absence raised more questions than just a missing item. Aside from that, the breakfast was good.
