Holiday Inn Express Hebron Cincinnati Airport

The staff were fantastic—helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.

Close to the airport, the staff were amazing and the fresh ground coffee machine was a highlight, but being in the last room by the laundry meant we could hear the washer and dryer when they were in use.

The facilities were clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful if you get there early. Kaycee was excellent and pleasant at every encounter over our 3 day stay. I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights. I asked for them to be close and was told that would happen.we were on the second and third floors. If housekeeping doesn't service your room you will not receive fresh towels. Let me explain. The second floor room caught the housekeeper and refreshed our towels etc so the dnd was placed on that door. The third floor room had no dnd and was not serviced at all. When they went to the front desk the staff member Keegan stated they had no more towels in the entire facility because they were full! Now I dont know about you but I find that unacceptable it took away from their review

The breakfast was good, but the room cleaning left something to be desired.
