“Great for a nights stay in local pub.”

The location was great and the room was lovely for one evening; the nearby pub had tasty Asian food, and there was a good supply of tea, coffee, and self‑serve breakfast in the room. However, because it was a pub, it didn’t open until midday, which was a problem since we arrived from the airport and wanted to drop our bags before the 2 pm check‑in; we also had to figure out how to get hot water running in the shower, which was stressful at first but eventually worked.

“Cute pub and nice staff!”

I liked how close the hotel was to the train station and Richmond Green, and the Thai food at the Pub was delicious. The room was nice and the bed comfortable, but the shower water was scaldingly hot with no way to cool it down. The Pub was closed so there was no one to talk to, and the back room was right next to the garbage and recycling, which meant I was woken up early by the recycling truck emptying bottles.
