The room was spacious, Wi‑Fi was fast, there was an air‑conditioner, a shower, daily water deliveries, hot water at reception, a microwave, and dishes. The room was cleaned. Nearby is a Tops store and a café for lunch—tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel owner offered a transfer to Bangkok. He drove me to the nearby Chaloklam beach on a motorbike for 100 baht. So if you have questions, they’ll help! The beach is good, and there’s something to see with a mask and snorkel.

The staff were very nice and the stay was overall comfortable, but there was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom; since we only stayed one night, it didn’t bother us too much.

The location was decent, I didn’t try the breakfasts. Nearby are TopS, the beach, and the beach on Ko‑Ma within walking distance (150‑200 m). The beach is mediocre; the sand is rocky and the entrance isn’t comfortable, so I definitely wouldn’t go back, though the sunsets are beautiful.

Unica Guesthouse remains a Thai‑style place in the country; the cleanliness is excellent, and the rooms are spacious.
