We arrived before check‑in and were handed coffee and a bottle of Prosecco while we waited—something we'd never experienced before—and the lady was exceptionally friendly. We never got a written reply to our email about using the parking lot before check‑in, but the phone handling on site worked out nicely.
The communication was very friendly from the start, and we were able to check in right away.
We liked how comfortable the bed was and slept well. The night was quiet. We were unhappy with the loose toilet seat, dust in the corners of the room, and a non‑working coffee machine. The stairs were quite steep for older people, and the railing at the bottom was loose. We didn’t meet any staff.
