The self‑catering options let you eat whatever you want, but when I asked for a refund for an extra day I had planned, a staff member refused to consider it. The owner, Helen, was very helpful and answered all my questions. This was my second visit and I plan to return.

I liked the self‑catering setup, but the water pressure dropped on two days. The lawns outside could use some improvement, and the other guests in the main house were pretty noisy.
