“Overpriced”
The property was clean and the facilities were decent, but the room was smaller than expected, the reception staff were oddly grumpy instead of welcoming, and after being told parking was available I found only roadside spots clogged with random vehicles that wouldn’t move, forcing us to wait a long time; breakfast and dinner were not included, even the welcome drink wasn’t free, and paying 2800+ rs felt overpriced.
The bed was the size of a kids’ bed—how could two adults sleep on that?
The washroom looked tidy, but I had to wait an hour for water to get a shower and ended up calling reception 8 to 10 times before the problem was fixed, plus there was no hot water at all.
There was nothing to praise; the staff were rude, couldn’t locate my booking and wasted almost an hour, then assigned one room in one bungalow and another in a different bungalow—what a ridiculous allocation.
The place was clean, but the reception staff need to be replaced.
