The hotel was good, but the room service left something to be desired.
It was a pleasant stay; the staff behaved well.

I’ve never seen such a dirty, exhausted hotel, even considering it’s in India. Upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms available, and I could call Booking to sort it out. It took 30 minutes to check in, and the room wasn’t prepared; it had extra furniture and dirty linens.

The value was decent, but the floor cleaning fell short.
Not much to say positively. The price is exorbitant for a run‑down, dirty hotel! The rooms are filthy, with stained sheets and towels, dirty floor mats, extremely dirty walls, a creaking fan, and an old, unusable fridge—all for a very high price! It probably was a pleasant hotel 30 years ago, but not anymore. I strongly recommend avoiding it. The staff aren’t especially welcoming either; they suggested we put a sheet over the “dirty” area. The water bottles were open and not mineral water. Stay away!
