Everything was great! The hosts were very friendly, always ready to help and give advice whenever we needed something. The rooms were clean and were cleaned regularly. There were fans and an air conditioner, plus a fridge. They even gave us a kettle when we asked for it. The place was quiet and peaceful, with no noise, which was especially wonderful. The beach and Fort Aguada were nearby, and the bus stop was within walking distance, making it very convenient. In short, zero downsides, only upsides!

Mr Salvador and his wife were very warm and welcoming. Their location is in a perfect, quaint locality, which is a godsend in North Goa. You'll hear birds chirping in the morning instead of loud music that North Goa is known for. The next time I come to Goa, I know where I'm going to stay, whether solo or with family. :)

The room was quite large and the furniture was sufficient. The villa sits on a quiet street, and restaurants are a 5–10 minute walk away. We originally thought the beach would be closer; the map at booking showed it right next to the property, but in reality you have to walk 7 to 15 minutes to reach it, depending on the spot you want. That didn't bother us. A fruit stand and a café with tasty shrimp are within a few minutes' walk, opposite the bus parking. Bring earplugs, because even though the street is quiet, dogs start barking late at night and crows crow in the morning. The internet was weak in some spots.

Everything was good. A quiet place. All the essentials for a relaxing stay are nearby. The pillows were not comfortable.
