STEPS Batumi Hotel & Suites

I love this place for Israelis – great spot, excellent staff, and top‑class service. The 24/7 front desk, on‑site fridge/freezer, kitchenette, laundry machine, and clothes dryer make it super convenient. It’s quiet and very close to the airport. The spa area is a huge plus; each morning they cleaned the towels for us without us asking and even left drink bottles in the extra space – everything I asked for. I highly recommend it. The only downside is the usual hotel issue: no shower caddy in the bathroom. When we showered, water was plentiful but it was hard to clean up afterward. Fortunately, the housekeeping crew was there the next morning and helped resolve the situation.

The staff were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding – each day something different. The hotel’s location was excellent, and it was so quiet from the street that we didn’t hear any noise. A big plus was the in‑room washing machine. Definitely recommend.
