Location was decent off to the side of central Patong, close to quite a few things, sound at night but fixable through earplugs. close to bangla, jungceylon, otop markets and more very central location. BLACK MOLD. Filthy rooms, black mold growing all throughout, mostly in bathroom areas. The mold is very visible and SMELLABLE, even before you get into the room you can smell it, but when you get into the room its horrible. even on the pillows HEALTH HAZARD! DO NOT PAY before seeing the room in person. Unsure but pretty certain there are many fake 10-star reviews from the same users. To counteract the people leaving genuine 1 star reviews. Should be shut down in its current state

The location is nice, but the room was poorly cleaned and had a bad smell, and the washroom smelled bad too.
