The location and the spacious room were good, but the apartment needs care; the furniture is falling apart and the wallpaper is peeling.

The flat was very good, the room spacious and airy, but there was construction next door that made a lot of noise, especially at 7 am.

I liked the bed and the amazing location, and the Paulista platter was nice. There was no breakfast included; if you wanted one you had to pay extra, so we ate at a nearby bar instead. The room felt a bit old, but the location makes up for it. The internet was awful and we could barely watch TV.

It’s inside the Mercure hotel and is sensational, but the bathroom has an old structure.
