I can’t help but say it was a bit clueless, it needs renovation and a thorough cleaning, not just cosmetic fixes; the mosquitoes were bigger than me, and there was no Wi‑Fi in the rooms at all—I’m very disappointed. The place needs major renovation and deep cleaning, no Internet in the rooms, only at reception.

The location was very good and the breakfast was decent, one of the front‑desk ladies was very friendly and welcoming, the bed was good, and the train station was close by. The bathroom was cramped and the plumbing made a lot of noise, and parking in the area was almost impossible unless you were lucky or willing to pay.

The reception was the best in every hotel I’ve stayed at, the lady who works in the morning and the Swiss gentleman who works in the evenings, plus the cleaning manager—all top‑class in human communication, hospitality, and service. Everything was nice and clean.
