The pool was not working, even though we were specifically told to choose this accommodation because of it; we didn't get what we paid for in terms of value. I consider this procedure to be deceptive and deliberately harmful. According to the receptionists, the pool malfunction had happened earlier, so the property was advertised with a false service.
