This place is really accessible and the environment is peaceful, far from all the hustle and bustle - that's what I was looking for. However, I had a bit of a nightmare with bugs in room 105, there were loads of mosquitoes flying around the room and bathroom. Usually, when you turn on the AC, they're supposed to disappear, but not this time. It seems like there might be a hole connecting to the outside, which isn't ideal.

We had a bit of a disaster with late check-in due to traffic on the Cipali toll road, and to be honest, we were pretty exhausted. The problem is, there was no flexibility with the check-out time - we weren't allowed to check out late without getting fined Rp 50,000 per hour, which seemed pretty steep. And to top it off, the hot water wasn't available because it had run out. The management did send us a WhatsApp message about the check-out policy, but it still felt pretty inflexible.

The hotel's a pretty new building, which is great, and it's super quiet and close to campus - that's a big plus for me. However, I think they could step up their cleaning game, it felt like it could've been tidied up a bit more. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a convenient and peaceful place to stay.
