The location is great—quiet residential area, just a few minutes’ walk to the bus station and main streets. The host was responsive and friendly. We had to haul a suitcase up some stairs, which is expected in Hvar. It would be nice to have a drying rack so we could dry our swimsuits outside. There was no AC, which wasn’t an issue for us in late September, but I wonder how hot it gets in summer.

The place is very well located, even though there are many stairs to climb and it’s hard to find the first time you go there, but once you know it’s super central and easy to reach. The room was comfortable and cool, and Maria is a spectacular host—very available, helpful, and kind. I really liked the space and Maria’s friendliness. She’s always concerned and ready to help. It was my best stay in Croatia and I’ll definitely return to Hvar when I come back.

María was charming when we arrived and stayed attentive throughout, though we didn’t need anything. The location is ideal and there’s a supermarket five minutes away. We recommend the garden‑view room because having breakfast on the outside table is a luxury! The mosquitoes outside were horrible; my partner got many bites. It would help to have an outlet outside so we could plug in a mosquito repellent and enjoy a nice dinner in the garden.
