The staff were courteous, responded to emails and calls, let us arrive at midnight by giving us an access code and allowed us to leave luggage after checkout. The view of a very beautiful chapel is great, I recommend stopping by the nearby rooftop for a stunning view. However, as soon as we entered there was a nauseating smell that we later realized came from a dog and a cat behind the reception desk, in a kind of storage area where the guard lives and sleeps with these animals, with a litter box, bowls and food, and that same room is where they store luggage (the thought that the cat and dog could have touched my backpack and belongings really freaks me out). This would definitely be illegal under Italian law, I don't know if it is acceptable in France. Seeing the cat follow the cleaning staff around the rooms while they clean does not inspire much confidence. The rooms seemed clean, but the animal odor on the ground floor was truly unpleasant and ruined our entire stay.

A localização. A recepção tem um mau cheiro enorme, fede a mijo de cachorro. É a mulher da limpeza uma jovem muito mau educada me pediu pra sair do quarto, mas eu já tinha falando com a recepção de sair 1 hora depois. Ela foi sem educação, e me falou com grosseria
