The location was great, there was a trolley stop on the property, the pool area and all the amenities were loved, the decor of the room was loved, and it was a fun stay.

The room and bathroom were spacious, the hot tub was wonderful, the decor was super cute and retro, and I loved the fridge, but the indoor stairs were awkward with two doors to open to reach our second‑floor unit, the switch plates and metal on the chairs were dirty and sticky, there was no microwave in the room, and I had to go to the front desk to use their filthy one in the common area.

The bed was comfortable, the space was adequate, the layout was good, and the pool was nice, but the kitchenette was incomplete with 0 plates, 0 glasses, 0 cups, and it was supposed to have a microwave.

The room was comfortable, but they said we were dog friendly, then made me sign two pet waivers and told us no dogs around the pool area; at the pool I understood, but they gave us a room in the back of the hotel facing the maintenance garage filled with junk and they did not police the area; my town dump is cleaner; the view of the maintenance building really made our day; we checked out and found a place down the road; this motel is pet intolerant, NOT pet friendly! Beware!

The staff were friendly, the service and cleanliness were excellent, and the facilities were great. The only downside was that there was no way to turn up the TV volume.
