Clean rooms, good location, price was good. Asked 3 times to have breakfast next morning, never delivered our breakfast. Everything was good

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the walls let in a lot of noise from the neighbors, a TV in one room stayed loud and we couldn't sleep until a staff member asked to lower it, and the toilet had a cigarette smell.

The hotel in Manado was nice, clean, and the staff were very friendly; the rooms were spacious, but the breakfast was a bit basic, there was no milk for coffee or tea, eggs had to be paid for, and a maintenance worker started working in the hallway at 8:00.

The air‑conditioning was excellent and breakfast was good, but there was a cockroach in the bathroom and mold in the shower.

The room was cleaned daily, which was really appreciated; it was a bit noisy but nothing serious.
