Clean and easy to locate, but the bathroom smelled like sewage due to a faulty sink that caused backflow, and the staff were disrespectful.
The location in Venice is convenient, close to the bus and train station, and the shared house has the essentials. Cleaning is daily. However, sound insulation between rooms and common areas is poor, disrupting sleep. The locks are hard to operate, especially the bathroom and toilet ones, and the hot water tank is too small for all residents to have hot water simultaneously.
“Not great”
We liked the location, but the staff were unhelpful, ignored our questions, and seemed impatient. They insisted we obtain parental consent on the day of our stay and kept pressing us for it even though we had explained the time zone difference. The toilet barely flushed, they accused us of leaving the bathroom in terrible condition (which we did not), and ants appeared on the bedroom floor as soon as we entered. Not recommended.

The accommodation met our expectations and is ideally situated for exploring Venice on foot or by water bus, even for airport transfers (the vaporeto station is nearby). The host kindly let us leave our luggage on the last day. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The place is well‑located. The kitchen could use a coffee maker and the triple room would benefit from a bedside lamp beside the bunk beds.
