The staff were very hands‑on and helpful. I left my bag in the taxi and they assisted me until I got it back. The facilities could use a refreshed look; there were some stains on the carpets, for example.

Cleanliness, facilities, breakfast service, and the chef’s smile and dedication were appreciated. The reception on arrival was disastrous: the woman who was supposed to welcome me and give directions was unhelpful; arriving at 10 a.m. the hotel was almost empty, she wouldn’t give me my room after my long trip, and there was total indifference, no professionalism, no smile, no politeness.
