I loved the quiet yet central location of this hotel, just a short walk from Main Street.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or provide recommendations.
The toilets could have been cleaner and fresher.
The food was great, and I enjoyed a comfortable bed.

The service was solid, but the menu card left something to be desired.

I didn't have breakfast, but the restaurant was very pleasant and we dined there for dinner, which was excellent.
The staff were very helpful and the rooms were nice, everything else was fine.
The rooms were very spacious and lovely, a real highlight of the hotel, and the restaurant offered exceptional pizzas and cocktails.
“Fair enough”
We only stayed a few hours to sleep and shower, so the room size was fine; longer stays might reveal a size issue, but the price and location were good. We arrived around 4:00 a.m., struggled to find the building because it seemed closed, and tried contacting staff via WhatsApp; the reply was in a language we didn’t understand, so the call dropped. Multiple subsequent calls went unanswered. I then sent a Vietnamese message explaining we were lost, and eventually someone on a motorbike found us and guided us to the hotel. By the time we got there it was about 5:30 a.m., making the check‑in stressful and far from pleasant after an overnight trip.
