The place is just amazing – the old mansion is kept in better shape than most I've seen, everything looks gorgeous and well‑maintained. My room was super comfy and the spot is right next to the Igreja do Espírito Santo with great mountain views. The only thing missing was a coffee service during the day; in a town known for coffee, that felt like a missed chance.

The manor is gorgeous, tastefully decorated and really comfortable, right in the heart of the tiny, charming town of Cristina. The hosts were warm and the breakfast was outstanding – we’ll definitely be back. Honestly, everything was spot on.
