The site sits on a hill with a bay view, close enough to town (10‑minute cab or 45‑minute walk) yet calm and away from the town’s bustle. Meals were freshly made with wholesome ingredients—simple but tasty and filling. The yoga shala was lovely, offering a gorgeous water view. My bungalow was rustic yet cozy. I worried about the lack of AC, but the water breeze, two standing fans, and a ceiling fan kept the air moving. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is alcohol‑free, which suits the yoga‑retreat crowd, but not everyone is there for that; offering beer and wine would have been nice. I would have liked a glass of wine on my bungalow balcony.
