The room is cozy and perfectly adequate for one person. Many thanks to Annette even though I didn’t meet her in person. There was water and even a small welcome note. The connection to public transport is great, with a bus stop right nearby and the subway not far away.

The accommodation was spotless and well maintained, and Anette, who runs the place, was very warm. The location is ideal for a concert or football match at the Merkur‑Arena, about a 30‑minute walk or faster by bus or subway. The place itself is very quiet. The double room on the top floor could use a cooler, but it’s fine.
