I found the place incredibly budget‑friendly, spotless, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The shared bathroom stayed pristine. Our room was number 5, just up the stairs from the bar, so there was some noise—expected for a lodging above a pub—but the TV helped drown it out. Checking in was a bit confusing at first; I wandered around before realizing it was over the bar, but the friendly staff made it easy. The property sits a little off the main train routes, yet a bus stop right in front pulls by every 15‑30 minutes. I’d love to see a mini‑fridge added.
