Strategic spot, clean building, friendly staff. The towels weren’t changed daily, the doors and windows were broken, the information about the site was unclear (it’s a basement), and the breakfast included packaged low‑quality items that were too little for the price paid.

New, modern building, well connected to all services and near the historic center. Breakfast wasn’t included in the booking, and there was no post‑beach area for washing and drying swimwear and beach towels.

The building is brand new and the rooms are huge, super comfy and spotless. Angelo, the owner, is a wonderful, friendly person who was ready to help with everything we needed. The location is spot‑on in central Gallipoli. Highly recommended 😊

Positives: 1) Location; 2) Room is cool; 3) Spacious fridge. Negatives: 1) When we first entered the room was dirty (bedsheets full of hair, pillowcases stained, dusty wardrobe); 2) The included breakfast was poor and cheap (pre‑packed industrial croissants, similar toast, only two small jam jars, a coffee machine); we expected more because “breakfast included” usually means you can use various bars or a well‑set buffet; 3) The building is a basement and that wasn’t mentioned in the description.
