Breakfast and staff at Hotel Marin were very good. The bed, room and bathroom were extremely small for two and the shower tray was torn.
Steinhude and the surrounding seaside area is a lovely little spot. The only issue was the wet cell room 3 in Ottenlock.

The breakfast was very good. The room was on the top floor, it was very hot, and a window wouldn’t open during the night.

Everything was spotless, well‑maintained and tidy. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside was the bathroom located outside the room.
The location is great, with free parking just around the corner, short walks to shops and the beach island, a comfortable bed, a quiet room, a lounge with a drink cooler in the building, bike parking, pool access, and a superb breakfast buffet. The room is very small, so you have to be careful that the bathroom and the door don’t get stuck, and there’s no ventilation in the bathroom.
