“Excelente local para ficar”
The hotel is simply very good. Excellent location, top‑class rooms, good breakfast. It needs a renovation of the rooms and corridors.

Located in the striking Jinmao Tower, an elegant Art Deco architecture, Grand Hyatt Shanghai offers luxuriously decorated rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, versatile meeting rooms, and 9 stylish restaurants serving gourmet cuisine. The hotel is situated in the heart of Lujiazui, 500 meters from Lujiazui Subway Station, with easy access to Shanghai New International EXPO Centre and People's Square.

Location, view of the Pearl Tower TV. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Very good price/quality ratio. The quality and variety of dishes at breakfast. At check‑out, no one was available to take the luggage.

The location, staff, cleanliness, and breakfasts were all superb. The staff were extremely polite and let me check in a couple of hours early, which gave me a little time to rest before heading out. They offered me a choice of two great rooms. Overall everything was clear and high‑level, thanks a lot! On the downside, the noise from neighboring rooms was fairly noticeable, probably because the building is old. It didn’t ruin my stay, but future room renovations should address this and plan some sound‑proofing measures.

The reception was slow and unhelpful, and you had to stand in a long line to ask a question. The room had a strong bad smell and was not clean.

We were on the 63rd floor and had the best view of the city. The beds and bathroom were wonderful with a great shower and separate loo. There was an indoor pool which wasnt as warm as it couldve been. The spa was lovely and my massage phenomenal. Breakfast was a little disappointing as the hotel is large and there are many diners. The food was often cold and they often ran out of "western food" . It was a very busy hotel. Breakfast was busy with seating being an issue especially getting food, coffee etc, and making sure it was hot. The variety wasnt great from a western perspective
