I liked that the hot tub was nice. The room was filthy, with pet hair on the floors and something that looked like bodily fluid on the curtain handles. There was absolutely no water pressure in the showers and wires protruding from the baseboards.

The beds were comfortable, the floors were clean and not carpeted, and the room was very quiet. They didn’t honor what I booked and paid for on Booking! I got a smaller room but they still charged me the larger room price, and they wouldn’t refund me the difference. I even confirmed it through “canary,” the message system with Booking, showed them the messages from the hotel, but they just said they didn’t have the messages and that they had given away the room I had booked. Also, the walls and the bathroom were not very clean.

Convenient for what we wanted and we enjoyed the stay. Nothing really.

The manager and the front desk lady were terribly rude, and they overcharged me and gave me incorrect information. Nothing else was noteworthy.

The location is good, but the parking situation is a hassle.
