“Smoking in the dining area, unhealthy food and a poorly maintained hotel”
The beach and sea view are gorgeous. However, smoking is allowed inside the indoor dining area, and there are very few outdoor tables, which made it hard for a pregnant woman with small kids to find a suitable spot to eat; we were surrounded by cigarette smoke. Sun loungers and umbrellas cost extra. During breakfast, tables were often dirty, the coffee machines broke repeatedly, and when one worked there was a long queue; food and dishes ran out constantly. The children’s disco location was changed and staff directed us to the wrong place. The disco itself was unprofessional: entertainers spent the first 20 minutes on their phones, then danced without involving the kids, chewing gum and chatting. Food quality was disappointing—there was a reasonable variety but few healthy, genuinely tasty options. The hotel and its facilities were poorly maintained: a large hole in our room curtain, the gym was non‑functional, and the indoor pool was unavailable. On departure day, the luggage cart was 20 minutes late when we were heading to the airport. I asked several times for an extra mattress; I was repeatedly told it would be brought but it never arrived. Housekeeping was inconsistent and not done properly every day. The layout is illogical, with many hidden and unnecessary steps that are easy for children to trip over.
