“Not as described or pictured”

The spot is great, right off Forsyth Park, and there are plenty of bathrooms. However, the bed/room setup doesn’t match the listing. Two of the beds listed are actually trundle beds—the twin trundle’s mattress is thin and you can feel the boards, and the queen trundle arrived without a mattress. Management dropped off a queen air mattress around 9 PM, so I appreciate their quick response, but that’s not what we paid for. The profile also claims a pull‑out couch, but there’s only a single air mattress. Knowing we’d have to use air mattresses and thin trundles would have led us to choose elsewhere. Cleanliness needs a new service: we found wet sheets in the washer and towels in the dryer, hair and trash in bedroom drawers, and even french fries in a trundle bed. Bedding and linens need a major upgrade; there’s only one pillow per sleeping spot and they’re very thin, with no extras for the air mattresses or trundles. Towels are worn, rough, and insufficient. The kitchen is oddly stocked—plenty of plates and cups but only six forks for the whole place, making it hard for our group to eat together. The dining table, a solid glass piece, felt unstable and shook when cutting food. The vent above the living‑room couch drips onto you, indicating a lot of moisture and mold on the ceiling above the couch.

The spot was in a great location and the private parking made things easier, but the place felt outdated and didn’t match the pictures; the chairs and sofas were totally worn out, and the door to one bedroom wouldn’t shut unless I shoved a side table in front of it.

“Cute house with lots of sleeping options.”

The check‑in and check‑out rules were very strict, and the kitchen barely had any supplies—if you plan to cook, you’ll have to bring everything yourself.

The layout and location were good, but we arrived with only nine sleeping spots instead of the promised ten; the staff quickly supplied an extra air mattress with fresh bedding a few hours later.
