The staff were friendly, but the rooms were awful—no outlets near the beds, no separation between men’s and women’s lockers, and breakfast was terrible. The yogurts had mold on the lids, and the electronic locks didn’t work even when the card was magnetized; I had to wake everyone in the room twice just to get the door open. The air‑conditioning was bad and only turned on at 10 pm, so you’re stuck cooking otherwise. I would not recommend this place!

The hotel is well‑located, the neighborhood is calm, and it’s on the same street as the metro.

The staff were very friendly and upbeat, the location was great, and the value for money was good. However, there were many narrow staircases and the beds were quite high, so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues.

We really liked it; the staff were great and we’ll recommend it everywhere. A big hug 😘 to my lovely people 💋. The only downside was the stairs to the third floor.

The location was good, but the room door had a faulty electronic lock that would jam and needed to be pushed. Every time someone entered it was noisy, and some people couldn’t get in. The key card kept demagnetizing. The shower stalls were very dirty.
