The location was fine. However, when I checked, they had no water, and the water was shut off each day for 4–6 hours.

I’m a fan of how close this place is to almost every spot Barcelona has to offer and to all the essential services, and the front desk staff were super friendly and quick to help out. The only thing missing was an in‑house cafe or bar.

I liked how close the hotel is to the Sagrada Família, but it was frustrating that they charged me for storing my luggage with an upfront payment and then an hourly fee—something I’d never seen before. After I booked and paid, they also slapped a tourism tax on each guest when I checked in.

The location was good and the rooms were fine. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and there were often no clean plates or enough food because nobody replenished the buffet.

The spot was perfect, just a few steps from the Sagrada Família, and the room was modern and comfy. The staff were attentive and kind. However, when we arrived at the scheduled check‑in time we had to wait a long time before the room was released. They suggested we stroll around the city and come back later, and then we were again stuck waiting at reception for a long period, which was annoying and exhausting after a tiring trip.
