Super Townhouse Oak Sayhallo Ecstasy

Checking in at 24 hours was convenient. However, the cleanliness was lacking: the bedsheet and pillow cover were not changed, toiletries were insufficient, and the price seemed high for what was offered.

“Albergo inesistente”

Non ho trovato l'albergo e nessuno ha risposto al numero telefonico. Non c'era nessun albergo e il numero di telefono non era attivo

The room was infested with cockroaches and the AC didn’t cool at all. I booked this place for a work trip, was told I’d get an invoice and that no hard copy would be available at checkout. Despite following up on the site and speaking to OYO customer care, I still haven’t received a proper invoice. I only get automated emails promising delivery in 2‑3 days, and it’s been almost two months—ridiculous!

The place was neat, but the staff didn’t speak English well.

“My overall experience was not very good.”

The room was a bit small, and the sitting area and work table were too small for two people. The sitting area should have been a little bigger, and considering the value for money, the room should have been more spacious. I also requested a plate, but they provided a paper plate, which felt very cheap. Apart from these issues, everything else was fine. The room should be more spacious, with enough sitting space for two people. The room size should be increased, and proper seating arrangements should be provided. Good-quality plates should be available instead of paper plates. A proper working table is also necessary, where guests can sit, work, and eat, especially since there is no proper dining area. The room should be well-arranged and equipped with these basic facilities to ensure a comfortable stay and provide better value for money
